My material or die library won't update.

This is a common question and here is a list as to the reasons why:

--> You must select the "Add New" button before entering the tooling or material information.

  • When you enter in the material diameter or wall thickness, or the achieved clr, calibrated clr or bend location offset you MUST use a decimal place number.
  • No other characters such as symbols or abbreviations. Also do not use text like inches or mms.
  • The material diameter must be greater than twice the wall thickness. Many times a user will put in .95 instead of .095
  • In the material library the dimension under the circle is the OD of material.

--> It is okay to leave the weight in the material library as 0.

--> When finished select the "Apply" button. This will update the list on the left hand side.

--> After you select the "Apply" button, the "OK" button is used to update the list to the hard drive. SELECT THE "OK" BUTTON WHEN FINISHED.
